Additionally, starting July 15, 2026, a new fare will be introduced for Kyiv's municipal transport: a single ticket will cost 30 UAH. This price is based on the actual operating costs of the transport companies. However, a petition opposing this decision has already gathered 6,000 signatures, reflecting public concern over affordability.

Furthermore, the new fare scheduled for 2026 has sparked public backlash, highlighting growing worries about the accessibility of public transport for Kyiv residents. The community's reaction to this decision could influence the city authorities' future steps in this area.
As public transport routes adjust for the upcoming seasonal fairs, it's important to stay informed about other developments impacting Kyiv's transport system. Recently, local residents have gathered significant support, with over 6,000 signatures collected against a proposed fare increase to 30 UAH. This growing opposition highlights the ongoing concerns regarding public transport accessibility in the city.
