According to МВС: Restoration operations are currently in progress at the historic Kyiv Pechersk Lavra following a Russian drone strike that damaged the Dormition Cathedral. Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, confirmed the situation, noting that State Emergency Service (SES) units are actively working to stabilize the affected structures and prevent further deterioration of the sacred site.

Klymenko stated that 'SES teams are carefully covering the damaged structures, shielding the shrine from rain and additional damage. Every meter of protective sheeting and every secured component is a contribution to preserving what the enemy tried to destroy.'
