The NACP identified corruption risks in key projects: what will change for Ukrainians
According to НАЗК: In November 2025, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) conducted monitoring of nearly 400 draft regulatory acts and carried out an anti-corruption examination of seven of them. As a result of the examination, eight corruption factors were identified and ten recommendations were formulated for their elimination.
Among the projects analyzed by the NACP, several corruption factors were discovered. For example, one of such projects is the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 'On the Approval of the Procedure for the Storage of Assets Taken into Management by the National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Investigation and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes' (ARMA).
“The NACP found corruption factors in some draft regulatory acts that require attention and further measures for their elimination.”
The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption continues its activities aimed at detecting and eliminating corruption offenses in Ukraine, contributing to strengthening anti-corruption control in the country.
