Shooting at Lviv School: Parents Open Fire After Meeting with the Principal
Today, November 24, a shooting occurred in the yard of secondary school No. 13 in Lviv. After a meeting in the principal's office, parents continued to resolve the conflict using a pneumatic pistol. According to Andriy Zakalyuk, head of the education and culture department in Lviv, during a verbal conflict, one of the men injured himself in the abdomen and leg with the weapon.
According to information, the children of these men are classmates who had a conflict in class. After discussions with the school principal, the parents of the children did not come to an agreement and moved to discussion in the yard. Fortunately, no students or school staff were harmed during the incident.
Recently, other similar incidents have also occurred, notably in Kharkiv and Mohyliv-Podilskyi. The police are investigating all the circumstances of these cases.
In today's world, there are increasingly more incidents where conflicts between parents are resolved with violence even in front of children. It is important to pay attention to the prevention of conflict situations and to seek peaceful ways to resolve conflicts without resorting to violence.
