After the testing of the air raid alert system in Germany, issues with mobile communication were discovered. Users received air raid signals, which caused serious disruptions in the operation of operators, including 1&1, Telekom, and O2. Technical failures in the network have repeatedly troubled users, and previously, cable fires on railway lines also led to problems with the country's transport system. The third cable fire on a railway line in Germany was a deliberate arson near the city of Hoehenmelzen. This is already the third similar incident in the country that has seriously undermined the functioning of the railway system, although its operation has been restored. The police continue to investigate these events.
