According to hvylya.net: According to the latest economic forecasts, Poland is expected to see a significant increase in social contributions to the social insurance system (ZUS) in 2026. According to the newspaper Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, this will lead to an increase in payments of at least 153 zlotys per month, or 1836 zlotys per year for entrepreneurs.

This initiative will particularly affect owners of 'big ZUS' who do not benefit from preferential programs. It is predicted that the overall expenses for entrepreneurs may increase by 270.38 zlotys per month, or 3255 zlotys per year. The increase in contributions has already raised concerns among businesses, especially small companies.

Quote: 'The planned increase in contributions is already creating tension among entrepreneurs. For small firms and individual entrepreneurs, such an increase will become a serious financial burden.'

It is important to avoid increasing financial pressure on the smallest players in the market, particularly by maintaining preferential support programs.

Poland plans to increase social contributions in 2026, which may negatively impact the financial situation of enterprises, particularly small companies. The uncertainty surrounding the adoption of this initiative raises serious indignation among businesses, and it is important to provide support for the smallest market participants to avoid negative consequences.
