According to glavcom.ua: A complaint against President Gianni Infantino has been submitted to FIFA's Ethics Committee by the organization FairSquare. It is reported that FairSquare accuses Infantino of violating FIFA's principles of political neutrality and demands an investigation into the circumstances under which Donald Trump received the Peace Award from the sports organization.
The very decision to present the award to Trump was made without consultations with other FIFA members and has faced criticism. At the same time, the Ukrainian national football team continues its journey to the World Cup, having defeated Iceland and preparing for a match against Sweden in the playoffs.
