Born in Rivne on July 5, 1988, Dorokhov died in a Lviv hospital on January 24, 2026. Dorokhov attended School No. 12 before continuing his education at the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering. Following his studies, he worked in construction. Pavlo Dorokhov was laid to rest on January 29 in the Heroes' Alley section of the Novе Cemetery in Rivne. He is survived by his parents, sister, and brother-in-law. He rarely spoke of his experiences on the front lines, even avoiding mention of his wound to spare his family worry.
