According to САП: Our employee Andriy Syniuk voluntarily resigned from his position as of November 14, 2025. It is important to note that according to Ukrainian legislation, the head of SAP cannot dismiss their deputies independently; this right belongs exclusively to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
At the same time, NABU is conducting a pre-trial investigation in connection with a possible leak of information with restricted access. Additionally, a service investigation has been initiated by the head of SAP.
Thus, Andriy Syniuk resigned voluntarily from the position of Deputy Prosecutor of SAP, but the case also involves NABU, and a service investigation is being conducted in this regard.
