According to Главком: A man was apprehended in Vinnytsia on February 4th on Nemyrivske Highway. He is suspected of firing shots towards a patrol and an alert group on February 1st. The incident occurred around 10:40 AM at the intersection of Kazymyr Malevych and Heroes of the National Guard streets, where the man discharged an unregistered firearm in the direction of a police vehicle and officers. The suspect has been identified as a local resident. No one was injured as a result of the gunfire.

The apprehension was carried out by operatives from the Criminal Investigation Department and the Vinnytsia District Police Department, with tactical support from the KORD special unit.
