The Ministry of Defense has launched an electronic ID for military personnel in the Army+ app

According to glavcom.ua: The 'Army+' app for military personnel has new useful features. Now they can obtain a personal ID and use the information feed 'Pulse'.

The expansion of 'Army ID' capabilities allows military personnel to receive a defender's ID to confirm their status. This ID does not replace paper documents, but it can help during checks, particularly at checkpoints. In addition, the app now also provides photos and basic information via QR code.

Another innovative feature is the information feed 'Pulse', where military personnel can find useful tips regarding their rights and practical experience, for instance, on vacations and years of service.

The updated app also received a new design and a 'Services' section for reports and training, quick access to the support program for military personnel, and a notifications section for important messages and the status of reports.

Additionally, the Cabinet of Ministers has approved the creation of an electronic register of arms holders, which will serve as a database for manufacturers and suppliers of defense goods and services.

With the updated features of the 'Army+' app, military personnel can use resources more conveniently and access important information more easily and quickly.
