‘Titan People’ Military Brotherhood Festival in Zhytomyr

Organized by the Ukrainian Military Organization along with the city council’s Veterans Affairs Department, the festival brought together war veterans, local activists, residents, and youth in a shared space for creativity, cultural exchange, and mutual support.

One highlight was the exhibition titled “Military Hands,” showcasing veterans’ artistic talents through various crafts, including:

Children were engaged in the "Little TITANS" area, where they participated in patriotic games, quests, and creative workshops, making thank-you cards for Ukrainian servicemen. A dart tournament drew participants from veterans to teens, while a fitness challenge titled "Test Your Strength" encouraged physical activity for all ages.

Celebrating Culture and History

Visitors witnessed a dynamic Cossack training demonstration by the group "Descendants of Stribog," featuring expert displays of traditional Cossack weaponry and the energetic battle dance "Arkan." Guests enjoyed authentic Cossack kulesh (military porridge) and traditional Ukrainian folk songs. The event also included a historical overview of Ukrainian Cossack heritage and national history.
