According to Главком: A Russian attack using guided aerial bombs on the Kholodnohirskyi district has left the city of Kharkiv reeling. The number of wounded has climbed to nine, and rescue teams have recovered the body of one deceased individual. During the night of June 20, four people were feared trapped beneath the rubble of a two-story apartment building; three of them have since been pulled to safety.

“Sadly, one person lost their life during the enemy strike in the Kholodnohirskyi district. Efforts are now underway to extricate the body from the debris.”

Among the injured is a six-year-old boy. Five victims have been hospitalized, while four others received medical treatment at the scene.

Mayor Ihor Terekhov stated that “a woman was trapped under the rubble of one building. According to updated information, the strike hit a two-story apartment block, and up to four people may still be buried beneath the wreckage.” One survivor was pulled out in serious condition, and two others were evacuated from the second floor of the destroyed structure.

Ongoing Rescue Operations

As of now, the situation remains critical, with search and rescue efforts continuing. All emergency services are actively working on site to ensure safety and provide aid to those affected.
