According to Главком: In the early hours of April 30, Russian forces launched a strike on Odesa, causing extensive damage to residential buildings, a kindergarten, a shopping center, a hotel, administrative offices, and parking lots holding dozens of buses and cars. The heaviest destruction occurred in the Prymorskyi district, where the attack sparked large fires on the upper floors and roofs of a high-rise and a five-story residential building. Private homes in central Odesa were also hit.

In the Khadzhybeiskyi district, strikes targeted infrastructure, warehouses, and a garage cooperative. A total of 16 people were injured, including a 17-year-old boy. “Unfortunately, 16 people were injured. Among them is a 17-year-old boy. Two people are currently in intensive care in serious condition, and doctors are fighting for their lives. One man was hospitalized in the trauma department. Other victims received necessary assistance on the spot or were referred for outpatient treatment.”
