According to ХВИЛЯ: Starting January 22, 2026, the ride-hailing and delivery service Uklon will operate around the clock in 19 Ukrainian cities. This marks a significant expansion, as 24/7 service was previously limited to just three locations: Kyiv, Lviv, and Uzhhorod. This move is part of a broader trend of digital services adapting to meet user demand in challenging circumstances.
List of Cities with 24/7 Service
The following cities will have full 24-hour access to Uklon:
- Bila Tserkva
- Vinnytsia
- Zhytomyr
- Kremenchuk
- Kropyvnytskyi
- Poltava
- Cherkasy
- Ivano-Frankivsk
- Kamianets-Podilskyi
- Lutsk
- Rivne
- Ternopil
- Khmelnytskyi
- Chernivtsi
- Kamianske
- Odesa
This expansion is expected to greatly improve service accessibility for users across various regions of Ukraine.
However, service will remain suspended during curfew hours in the following cities:
- Dnipro
- Zaporizhzhia
- Kryvyi Rih
- Mykolaiv
- Sumy
- Kharkiv
- Kherson
- Chernihiv
Similar restrictions will also remain in place in Bukovel. In these locations, users will be unable to access Uklon's services during curfew, which may affect travel plans.
By extending its operating hours, Uklon aims to provide greater convenience and comfort for its customers while broadening its operational footprint within Ukraine.
