URC2026 Conference in Gdańsk

According to Главком: Held on June 25–26 in Gdańsk, Poland, the URC2026 conference resulted in approximately 160 agreements for Ukraine, totaling more than €10 billion. Key deals include:

  • €3.2 billion from the European Union,
  • $3.4 billion from the World Bank,
  • the launch of the European Flagship Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine,
  • the creation of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund.

The conference also allocated €140 million for housing programs and finalized an agreement with the European Investment Bank to restore and protect roads in frontline regions.

Negotiations and New Initiatives

Amid a diplomatic crisis triggered by the revocation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Order of the White Eagle, Ukraine’s delegation was led by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko. She held talks with Donald Tusk, focusing on collaboration between Ukraine’s Naftogaz and Poland’s Orlen. During a business forum featuring over 80 Ukrainian companies and roughly 2,000 business representatives, a new Energy Platform was also introduced.

Yuliia Svyrydenko emphasized the event’s significance, stating: 'This day reaffirmed that Ukraine and Europe share a common path, common values, and a common future.'

She added: 'Today, Ukraine and Poland have many shared topics, shared challenges, and shared interests.'
