According to hvylya.net: The government of Ukraine has initiated an experiment to create a municipal rental housing fund. According to Prime Minister Denis Shmygal, the project will involve local communities initiating construction, with documentation based on ready-made design solutions to accelerate and reduce the cost of construction.
