Ukraine reduced the use of notary forms by 5%: which services are losing popularity

According to glavcom.ua: In the first half of 2025, over 3.4 million notary forms were used in Ukraine, which is 5% less than the previous year. The data is provided by the Unified Register of Special Forms of Notary Documents. The most popular services remain inheritance processing and land transactions.

Overall, in the first half of 2025, 3.44 million forms were used, which is 5% less than in 2024 and 25% less than in 2021.

Inheritance processing: 'This service leads with 495,000 forms used. Although this is 5% less than last year, the figure nearly corresponds to the level of 2021,' reports Opendatabot.

Land and real estate: 'The demand for land transactions is growing - 424,000 forms were used in six months, nearly a third more than in 2021. At the same time, transactions involving other real estate decreased by 17% compared to 2021, to 402,700 forms,' noted in the publication.

In the first half of 2025, there is a decrease in the use of notary forms in Ukraine; however, popular services such as inheritance processing and land transactions maintain their relevance.
