Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed the composition of the Ukrainian delegation and stated that the negotiations will be conducted at a technical level.

According to the information, a separate American delegation will travel to Moscow. President Zelenskyy noted that U.S. officials could meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin late on January 22 or during the day on January 23.
