According to Мінцифра: Ukraine has become a leader in GovTech according to the World Bank's digital government maturity ratings. In the GovTech Maturity Index 2025 report, our country was placed in group A, indicating a high level of digital technology development in governance.

The digital maturity of governments in 198 countries was assessed, and the ranking categorizes countries into four groups - from A to D. Ukraine demonstrated high results in each of the four key areas, highlighting its achievements in modernizing public services and implementing innovative solutions. This achievement may positively impact citizens' lives by providing them with more convenient access to government services.

This ranking underscores Ukraine's efforts in digitalization and modernization of public administration, which can be a crucial factor in attracting investment and international support.
