Estonia has allocated 340,000 euros to Ukraine for winter preparations, which will be provided through partner non-governmental organizations. These funds will be directed to support frontline areas, families, internally displaced persons, and Ukrainian rescuers.

“Now Ukrainian energy and the Ukrainian energy system are undergoing a historical phase, unprecedented in its nature. During a large-scale war, amidst daily ballistic strikes, our system is changing,” – Denys Shmyhal.
