Deputy Ministers Convene for Working Meeting
According to ДСНС: On February 26, 2025, a working meeting was held between Oleksii Serhieiev, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and a delegation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Estonia. The Estonian delegation was led by Tuuli Reim, Deputy Secretary General for Crisis Preparedness and Civil Protection.
During the talks, the parties discussed critical issues concerning the construction and development of civilian shelters. The Estonian representatives also gained insight into the operational specifics of Ukrainian units responsible for civil protection, emergency response, and security organization. This meeting underscores the ongoing need for Ukraine to bolster its civil defense infrastructure in the face of persistent threats.
