Ukraine and Moldova agreed on the return of children: details of the new agreement

The Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, Denys Uliutin, held an online meeting with the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova, Natalia Plugaru. This is the first meeting since her appointment to the position.

During the meeting, they discussed the further development of cooperation between our departments and agreed to hold the next round of negotiations in Chisinau during the high-level conference of the Council of Europe, which will take place on March 19, 2026, in Moldova.

They discussed the protection of Ukrainian children who are in Moldova and joint work on plans for their safe return. They also discussed interaction regarding housing, employment, and the reintegration of Ukrainians who plan to return after temporary stays in Moldova.

We continue to work together in the social sphere and strengthen cooperation for the benefit of people!
