According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukraine's defense forces have confirmed they successfully hit several critical targets, including the Kronstadt naval base, the Russian Navy's 15th arsenal, two oil facilities in the Leningrad region, and a fuel depot in Ust-Labinsk. At the Ust-Labinsk fuel depot in Krasnodar Krai, a series of explosions ignited a blaze that engulfed at least three tanks of petroleum products.
