Ukraine Allocates UAH 215 Million to Orchards and Greenhouses

Decisions by Ukraine's Ministry of Economy

According to Мін. Економіки: Since the start of the year, Ukraine's Ministry of Economy has issued 42 decisions totaling UAH 215.4 million to support the development of orchards and greenhouses. These decisions break down as follows:

• 22 grants, worth UAH 89 million, have been allocated for horticulture, berry farming, and viticulture;
• 20 grants, totaling UAH 126.5 million, have been awarded to greenhouse projects.

Funded Grants

As of June 15, 2023, the following grants have already been financed:

• 18 grants for orchards, amounting to UAH 74 million;
• 17 grants for greenhouses, totaling UAH 109 million.

Since the program's inception, the state has disbursed 429 grants worth a combined UAH 1.8 billion.

Taras Vysotskyi stated: 'The demand for grant programs shows that Ukrainian farmers, even under wartime conditions, are ready to invest in long-term projects, expand production, and adopt modern technologies.'
