According to Зеленський: European Union accession talks are organized into policy clusters, and Ukraine is making tangible progress. This year, two clusters have already been opened in the talks with the EU, while four additional clusters are being prepared for opening.

At a recent meeting involving Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky, Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Vsevolod Chentsov, and Deputy Heads of the Presidential Office Serhiy Kyslytsia and Ihor Zhovkva, three key priorities for the next stage were agreed:

• full membership of Ukraine in the EU as a security objective;
• maximizing the potential of Ukraine’s sectoral integration into the EU;
• securing the necessary packages and decisions to support Ukraine’s resilience through the winter.

Priorities for the Coming Work

The pace of talks reflects real progress: two clusters are already open, and four more are moving toward opening. These efforts underline Ukraine’s determination to pursue European integration and deepen cooperation with the EU.
