According to glavcom.ua: Ukraine has decided to become a platform for testing foreign weapons in real combat conditions against the Russian army. This initiative was proposed by Ukraine some time ago - and it is now close to implementation!

Foreign military companies will be able to send their developments directly to the front lines, and Ukrainian soldiers will be able to test new weapons right in battles. Scientists will first train Ukrainian soldiers, and then they will test this weapon in various combat situations and send reports to the manufacturers.
