Negotiation process and the role of international partners
The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, reported that the negotiation process regarding the end of the war has not ceased. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had previously stated the impossibility of ending the war without security guarantees for the Russian Federation. Turkey had also expressed its readiness to facilitate direct negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, reflecting its active role in the peace process.

This statement underscores Ukraine's activity in seeking ways to end the conflict, as well as its desire to involve key international players to support peace talks. Considering previous statements from Russia, the importance of international security guarantees and Turkey's role may become a defining moment in the further development of the negotiation process.
