The amount of discounts for CBD:

According to the law 'On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection', servicemen who have the status of combatants (CBD) can benefit from discounts when paying for housing and communal services.

• Housing payments (within standards) - 75% discount
• Utility services (gas, electricity, water supply, waste removal) - 75% discount
• Liquefied gas (within norms) - 75% discount
• Fuel for heating private houses without central heating - 75% discount

These discounts apply to residential space up to 21 sq. m for each permanently residing family member and an additional 10.5 sq. m.

Conditions for receiving discounts:

Discounts are granted regardless of the type of housing or form of ownership; both combatants and their family members have the right to discounts.

Procedure for registration:

To receive discounts, it is necessary to submit documents to the relevant authority, such as an application and copies of documents. The review of the application usually takes up to 10 working days. In the current heating season, all discounts remain in effect.
