Young doctors will receive 200,000 hryvnias: conditions for obtaining

Ukrainian doctors are promised a nice bonus - a payment of 200,000 hryvnias. This initiative is aimed at young specialists who have completed their internship and are ready to work in hard-to-access regions. They can only receive the money if they work in the appropriate position for three years.

The program provides for payments to young doctors who find work in rural areas or on the front line. It is an attempt to support medical professionals who are ready to help in communities where qualified medical assistance is urgently needed. The program will operate as long as the state of war lasts, with the possibility of further extension.

To receive the payment, the doctor must:

• Find a job in a hospital in a village or in a combat area
• Ensure that the signed position does not exceed the limit of 75%
• Sign a labor contract for a minimum of three years
• Obtain confirmation from the medical institution regarding compliance with all program requirements

Documents for obtaining the payment must be sent to the university by October 10. In case of early dismissal, the doctor must return the money within 10 days, except in cases of military mobilization or disability.

This initiative can be an important step in improving the accessibility of medical assistance in hard-to-access regions and supporting young specialists who choose to work in villages or on the front line. The promised payments may serve as an incentive for long-term medical practice in such regions.
