According to ХВИЛЯ: In December 2025, Ukrainians transferred over 42 thousand mobile numbers between operators. The leader in new subscribers was the operator lifecell, which gained 23520 new connections. Thanks to these transfers, lifecell increased its base by 16065 subscribers.

At the same time, other operators suffered losses. The most users lost was 'Kyivstar', which lost 19045 subscribers. Vodafone also recorded significant losses, losing 15501 users. lifecell, despite new connections, also lost 7445 clients. As for other operators, 'Intertelecom' lost 66 numbers, and 'TriMob' - 116 numbers.
