According to glavcom.ua: In the return match of the second qualifying round of the Champions League 2025/2026 between FCSB (Romania) and 'Shkendija' (North Macedonia), which will take place on July 30 in Bucharest, a Ukrainian refereeing team will be working. The main referee will be Oleksiy Derevynskyi, assisted by Viktor Matyash and Oleksiy Mironov on the lines. The fourth official will be Dmytro Panychyn, and the VAR system will be overseen by Mykola Balaken and Denys Shurman.

Ukraine ranked in the top 10 of the overall medal standings at the European Youth Olympic Festival, taking 10th place. The Ukrainian team has: 5 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze medals. This is Ukraine's second most successful performance in the history of its participation in the Festivals since 1993. The most successful sport was judo, where our athletes won six medals, including bronze in the mixed team tournament.

Ukrainian referees will participate in the Champions League qualifying match, where our specialists will be working, and our team performed excellently at the European Youth Olympic Festival, taking 10th place and winning numerous medals, including in judo.
