According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian youth has amazed with their reading activity! According to the Ukrainian Book Institute, the country's youth has already spent 91 million UAH on books as part of the 'eBook' program. This is a real boom!

Interestingly, girls showed more interest in this program than boys. While 64.9% of users are girls, only 35.1% are boys. Perhaps they just haven't encountered books for a long time and wanted more?

Thus, the most funds were spent in online stores - over 56 million UAH, which accounts for 62.18% of the total amount. Brick-and-mortar bookstores received about 37.82% of the revenue share, or more than 34 million UAH.

It is worth noting that the program has stabilized, although there were many applications at the beginning of its launch. Now we see that about 3,000 new applications for participation come in every week. However, there are those who did not take the opportunity to buy books after receiving funds - this accounts for about 20.12% of program participants.

In addition to book news, the final block mentions the cancellation of a British speaker's visit to Ukraine due to security deterioration, as well as the attack of Russian troops on Kyiv, during which the storage of the 'Our Format' publishing house was destroyed, but the books were saved.
