Ukrainians Abroad Can Submit Notarial Documents Online: How It Works

According to glavcom.ua: On Wednesday, August 20, all embassies and consulates of Ukraine have introduced online submission of documents for notarial actions. The 'e-Consul' system has started operating in all 120 foreign diplomatic missions providing consular services. Citizens can now conveniently submit online applications for notarial actions, upload necessary documents, and receive completed documents without visiting the embassy or consulate.

The phased introduction of this system began on July 1. Currently, nearly five hundred Ukrainians have used this service. From now on, Ukrainians abroad can easily submit their information and documents via the internet, significantly saving their time and resources.

This new initiative has simplified and accelerated the process of obtaining notarial actions for Ukrainians abroad, making it more accessible and convenient.
