According to ХВИЛЯ: In the early hours of July 23, unmanned aerial vehicles targeted three locations inside Russia, including two in the Ulyanovsk region and one in Bashkortostan. The farthest target was situated 1,200 kilometers from Ukraine's border. The strikes hit the following facilities:

• The NS-Oil enterprise in the Ulyanovsk region;
• An oil depot in the Ulyanovsk region;
• The Subkhankulovo linear production dispatching station (LPDS) in Bashkortostan.

In the Ulyanovsk region, drones struck the NS-Oil facility, located 750 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. This plant specializes in producing gasoline, diesel, and fuel oil, with an annual capacity of up to 600,000 tons. Additionally, an oil depot 755 kilometers from the border was also attacked.

In Bashkortostan, the target was the Subkhankulovo LPDS in the Tuymazinsky district, near the village of Subkhankulovo. This station, part of Transneft-Ural JSC, handles the reception, storage, and transfer of crude oil. According to publicly available information, its tank capacity reaches 40,000 cubic meters, and it serves as a component of the Northern transportation system for export deliveries via seaports.

Escalation of Drone Capabilities

On the same night of July 23, drone attacks were also reported in the Voronezh region, occupied Crimea, and parts of Luhansk. Independent outlet Astra analyzed eyewitness footage and concluded that the station was hit and caught fire.

The Bashkortostan-based publication Aspekty notes that the LPDS is part of Transneft-Ural JSC.
