Ukrainian doctors teach Israeli rescue methods: summit details

The first Ukraine-Israel summit 'Crisis Response. Israeli Technologies and Experience' took place in Kyiv. It discussed the training of Ukrainian doctors and rescuers according to Israeli standards and the application of modern technologies for saving lives in wartime conditions.

Already several hundred Ukrainian doctors have been trained in Israel and are successfully applying the knowledge gained in Ukraine. This summit was an important step in cooperation between the countries in the field of medical training.

“Several hundred Ukrainian doctors have already undergone training in Israel, who returned to Ukraine and are successfully using the knowledge gained. The most important thing is the proper preparation of people who save lives,” emphasized Michael Brodsky, the Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine.

The summit showcased Israeli strategies for responding to mass tragedies and advanced technologies for rescuing victims. Representatives demonstrated algorithms for actions in emergencies, incident management systems, and other key aspects of emergency response.

The importance of cooperation for Ukraine

The Israeli Ambassador emphasized the importance of exchanging experience for the effective saving of Ukrainian citizens' lives. Event participants exchanged knowledge about civil protection and the operation of medical facilities in emergencies.

It should be noted that as early as 2021, Ambassador Michael Brodsky expressed the idea of training Ukrainian doctors in Israel, which is now actively being implemented, as well as the possibility of exchanging experience in the field of medical cooperation.
