Ukrainian truck drivers are fined in Poland for simple negligence: what for
An incident occurred on the A4 highway in Poland involving a truck driver from Ukraine: a layer of snow and ice fell from the roof of the trailer right in front of a police car. The police immediately stopped the vehicle and fined the 43-year-old driver 3000 zlotys, adding 12 penalty points to his account. This was reported by InPoland.

The police emphasize that the condition of the vehicle before departure is the direct responsibility of the driver. In winter, special attention should be paid to clearing the roof, trailer, and other elements from which snow or ice can fall. In this case, the driver did not remove the snow cover, which caused a dangerous situation on the road.
The authorities remind that such violations are subject to the following penalties:

the possibility of stopping the vehicle to eliminate the violation.
