This initiative aims to provide micro-grants of up to 120,000 hryvnias to vulnerable groups of citizens. The application window for the program will be open from March 16 to April 10, 2026. Program Participation Requirements

Financial assistance under the program will be distributed to winners in two phases. The first half of the sum is provided to launch the project, with the second portion awarded after confirmation of the first block of the business plan's completion. To participate in the selection process, applicants must complete a questionnaire and prepare a financially justified concept. Selection will be conducted on a competitive basis.

The 'Restart' program is designed for individuals aged 18 to 65 who belong to vulnerable categories. These categories include:

• Families caring for elderly individuals or persons with disabilities.
