Meteorologists warn of significant deterioration in weather conditions in the western and northern regions of the country. According to the press service of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, rain will fall overnight in western and northern regions, while in Transcarpathia and in the Carpathians, wet snow is possible, and during the day rain will cover most of the country. The wind will be from the west and southwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s, with gusts in some regions reaching 15-20 m/s, and even 25 m/s in the Carpathians.

Air temperature at night and during the day will vary by region: from 0 to +5 degrees in western areas, from +4 to +9 degrees in northern regions, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, while in the rest of the territory at night from +6 to +11 degrees, and during the day from +12 to +17 degrees.

Weather in Kyiv and Kyiv region

On November 18, cloudy weather with clearings is forecasted in the capital and the region, with no precipitation. Strong wind gusts of 15-18 m/s with a relative temperature of +4...+9 degrees. The temperature in Kyiv will fluctuate from +6 to +8 degrees.
