As part of these initiatives, the Cabinet of Ministers has allocated 12.85 billion hryvnias to fund resilience plans for regions. The massive scale of the damage is becoming clearer; the total estimated need for the recovery and modernization of Ukraine's energy sector over the next decade is now $90.6 billion.
