Ukroboronprom announces selection of leaders: who will manage 6 key defense factories

Selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Boards

According to Мін. Оборони: The joint-stock company "Ukrainian Defense Industry" has announced the selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Boards of six key enterprises. This step aims to ensure effective management in the strategic areas of Ukraine's defense industry.

The selection of candidates covers a variety of fields, including:

• aeronautics
• production of radar technology
• production of ammunition and special chemicals
• production of transport vehicles
• production of armored vehicles
• shipbuilding

Candidates must meet certain requirements, including having experience in corporate governance, personnel management, and high-tech engineering.

Documents for participation in the selection will be accepted until December 31, 2025, inclusive. Job vacancies are available for review on the Ukroboronprom website, as well as on the platforms work.ua and robota.ua. This selection process is an important step to improve the management efficiency in the country's defense sector.
