Ukrposhta launched the beta version of its mobile application: detailed tracking available

The national postal operator JSC 'Ukrposhta' has introduced a new beta version of its mobile application, where it is now possible to track packages. Ihor Smilianskyi, the company’s CEO, stated: 'Starting today, the beta version is available with all expected features, a proprietary development of 'Ukrposhta', without involving third-party companies.'

'Payment for the package will be possible directly in the app, after which 'Ukrposhta' will cancel all paper applications at the branches. You will be able to carry out all operations online or via the call center,' - Smilianskyi explained.

In addition to package tracking, the application will have push notifications, information on receiving shipments, delivery status changes, reminders for collection, as well as new promotions and promo codes. It will also be possible to check prices and delivery times, use a universal search for shipments, and view an interactive map of branches.

'In the future, there are plans to develop shipment management functions, including the possibility of free forwarding and changing the recipient. The ability to accept payments and place orders online is also expected,' - added the CEO.

Ukrposhta has launched a beta version of the mobile application with package tracking, allowing users to conveniently track their shipments, receive notifications about them, pay for services, and place orders online. The development of the application’s functionality is planned, with the possibility of managing shipments and free package forwarding.
