According to ХВИЛЯ: The Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision to lease state energy equipment without auctions to restore electricity supply after shelling. This will allow electricity distribution system operators to obtain the necessary equipment, including transformers, cables, and more, without conducting auctions.

New procedure during martial law

Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko announced a new procedure that will be in effect during martial law and for six months after its completion. The Ministry of Energy will coordinate the accounting of equipment, which will help ensure effective restoration of electricity supply in the country.

This step by the government underscores the importance of rapidly responding to the needs of the energy infrastructure in times of war. Simplifying the leasing procedure for equipment is expected to reduce delays in the electricity restoration process, which is crucial for maintaining the livelihoods of the population and the economy of the country.
