According to Мінцифра: The government of Ukraine has approved the development of a new methodology for a transparent calculation of administrative fees and the launch of a pilot project. This initiative involves the creation of a unified digital system that will improve the process of calculating administrative fees.

Digital calculator on the Diya portal

A special digital calculator will be created on the Diya portal that will automatically calculate costs according to updated formulas. Employees of the Centers for the Provision of Administrative Services (CPAS) and state bodies will enter data about the resources spent on providing the service into the system. This will ensure transparency and clarity in the calculations of administrative fees.

The introduction of the new methodology for calculating administrative fees aims not only to enhance transparency but also to increase citizens' trust in state institutions. Innovations in the system of providing administrative services can contribute to optimizing processes and reducing bureaucratic barriers, which is an important step in reforming public governance in Ukraine.
