According to Мін. Оборони: The government has approved a new form of motivational contracts for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Now they will have the opportunity to enter into contracts with enhanced motivational factors, as well as choose flexible terms of service from 1 to 5 years for the first contract and from 1 to 10 years for subsequent contracts. These changes will contribute to career planning in the Armed Forces and reduce dependence on mobilization measures.
The introduction of these mechanisms will help create a stable and effective recruitment system, reduce dependence on mobilization measures, and increase the level of social protection for our defenders.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the innovations that will create more comfortable conditions for military personnel and contribute to improving the country's defense capability.
