Defence City: The government has approved the special regime rules for defense enterprises

According to Мін. Оборони: The government has supported an important step for the Ukrainian defense industry by approving the special legal regime of Defence City. This regime includes a number of measures, including the procedure for granting resident status, mechanisms for information control and protection. It is created to support enterprises that are essential for the country's defense capabilities.

The new legal regime includes control over the use of profit exempt from taxation and the protection of sensitive information. Residents of Defence City can also apply for restrictions on access to public registers and information, while the government ensures the protection of production facilities from threats.
