According to Главком: Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers has ordered the release of 3.04 billion hryvnias from the state budget’s reserve fund to address the aftermath of a missile attack on Vyshneve, a town in the Kyiv region. • compensation payments to owners of destroyed or damaged homes,
• reconstructing razed buildings,
