According to ХВИЛЯ: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the State Targeted Social Program 'Youth of Ukraine: Generation of Resilience - 2030', which defines priorities for youth support until 2030. This strategic document, valid for the next five years, emphasizes the development of youth resilience, which is an important aspect in light of modern challenges.

The program will be funded in a combined manner, including state and local budgets, as well as support from international partners. Among the main supporters of the program are the governments of Denmark and Germany, which cooperate through KfW Bank. Furthermore, the program has received support from UN Agencies such as UNDP and UNICEF.

Program Priorities

The foundation of the program consists of seven priorities that will shape the new youth policy for the period 2026–2030. These priorities include:

  • social participation
  • resilience and security
  • economy
  • support for initiatives
  • institutional development
  • international integration
  • digitalization

The implementation of these directions will contribute to the creation of a favorable environment for youth in Ukraine and help them adapt to changing life conditions.

The approval of this program is an important step for Ukraine in the context of supporting the younger generation, which faces numerous challenges, including economic and social ones. Cooperation with international partners emphasizes Ukraine's growing role on the world stage and its desire to integrate into European and international structures. The implementation of the program has the potential not only to improve the living conditions of youth but also to develop the country as a whole.
