The lawyer pointed out a fatal mistake drivers make when buying a car: how not to lose the vehicle

According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian car owners face problems when buying according to the technical passport when the previous owner disappears. This situation also occurred with Kyiv resident Konstantin - the car was resold by third parties without the original owner's knowledge.

'Car owners can transfer their vehicles to others if they have the relevant documents' - explained lawyer Yuri Aivazyan.
