According to the court ruling, the woman used a mobile phone with internet access to secretly film six pornographic clips. Payment for these activities came in the form of coffee and cigarettes. As mitigating factors, the court acknowledged her sincere remorse and the fact that this was her first offense under these articles. Nevertheless, citing Article 75 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the court released her from serving the main sentence on probation, with a one-year trial period.
